OUR PROJECT
Welcome to Leading Across!
This project stems from our experiences working in multicultural business environments.
Beyond the stereotypes and cliches, we think universes of beliefs, behavioral patterns, and semantic attributes may hinder communication and relationships between people diverse in culture and nationalities.
Familiarizing with the other culture can encourage integration, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging within the workplace and enhance individuals' leadership and communication skills.

I am passionate about helping people get clarity on who they are and what they want out of their life and career, enhancing their abilities to connect, communicate and inspire others, discover and make the best use of their talents, and improving their wellbeing.
I am a professional Coach (certified by ICF), Neuro-linguistic Master Practitioner, and Emotional Intelligence Leadership Coach specializing in organizational behavior.
Since 2015 I have coached individuals and teams in various professions and corporate levels.
I am also a versatile and results-oriented management consultant.
I worked in international corporate environments for over fifteen years, leading strategic initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and support organizational changes.
I am originally Italian and a resident of New York City. I am an art enthusiast, a cellist, lover of the sea, and celebrator of life.

Creating a safe and trusting environment with clients allows us to navigate the vulnerability and courage it takes to generate impactful change in their professional and personal lives.
I am an instructional designer and an executive coach (certified by ICF), a Neuro-linguistic Master Practitioner and an Emotional Intelligence Coach.
I worked in and for hotels (and not only), training and consulting multicultural teams in the Middle East and Europe.
In 2017, I founded "Your Turn Solutions", a Six Seconds Preferred Partner, to help leaders and teams in the US and beyond through Executive Coaching and workshop facilitation.
I am a mum of three kids growing across cultures, an Italian settling down in the US, a passionate triathlete, and a neuroscience geek.
